Autoneum Holding AG is seeking an HRIS Specialist to manage and maintain the HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. You will liaise between Digital HR and local HR teams for technical and functional HRIS aspects.
The role includes coordinating global/regional HR processes, system integrations with payroll/ATS/LMS, and delivering user training and support across multi-country operations.

As an HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining our HRIS platform.
You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of employee data within the system.
You will act as point of contact between the Digital HR team and Local HR staff for technical but also functional aspects of the Autoneum HRIS.
You will support the roll-out of global/regional HR processes and coordinate projects
Additionally, you will collaborate with local HR staff, HRIS and IT experts and other departments to optimize system functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide training and support to end-users
Maintain day to day operations of the HRIS (e.g., permissions, workflows, data uploads, data fields).
Configure modules, user roles, and system settings to support HR processes.
Ensure the system is compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage system updates, releases, and testing.
Maintain data integrity through audits, validations, and regular cleanup activities.
Oversee and perform data imports/exports, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
Build and maintain dashboards, standard reports, and ad hoc queries.
Deliver insights to HR and business leaders on workforce metrics.
Support annual cycles (headcount planning, salary review, performance cycle) with data and reports.
Identify trends and recommend improvements.
Partner with HR process owner to plan, execute and optimize Global HR processes. Use HRIS capabilities to drive process improvements (talent, learning, rewards, etc.).
Continuously assess opportunities for process automation and digitalization.
Provide support to HR, managers and employees on system issues and questions. Monitor and resolve tickets.
Develop and deliver training materials, video job aids, and knowledge base content.
Serve as a subject-matter expert for HRIS functionality.
Manage communication of system changes and improvements.
Oversee data flows between HRIS and surrounding systems (i.e. payroll, ATS, LMS, finance).
Collaborate with IT and external vendors to resolve integration issues.
Ensure secure, stable, and efficient system connectivity.
Participate in new system implementations or enhancement projects.
Support audits by preparing reports and documentation.
Manage access rights and security roles.
Consult, train and orchestrate local HR staff in executing their defined system roles & responsibilities in a holistic manner covering technical and procedural aspects. Translate technical and business needs from Group HR to local HRs (and vice versa) coordinating the underlying activities.
Bachelor or higher degree in a relevant field (Human Resources or IT preferred)
SAP SF certifications are a plus
