The HR Personnel Payroll Specialist is dedicated to applying expertise in payroll to support the organization's objectives. This role focuses on delivering high-quality results in payroll processing while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Job Description

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Provides expert advice and support in payroll and benefits
• Carries out payroll accounting to ensure accurate and timely payment and benefits processing
• Communicates with health insurance companies, insurance companies, authorities, and government agencies to ensure smooth communication and compliance
• Advises employees and managers on payroll tax and social security issues to ensure legal compliance
• Manages employee master data and digital personnel files for accuracy
• Ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Prepares monthly reports and statistics, manages personnel provisions, and reconciles accounts for accurate financial reporting

Qualifications

• Skills & Competencies: Care & Connect, Communication, Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Change, Personal Development, Responsibility & Reliability, Expertise, Self-Management, Deep knowledge of social security, labor, and payroll tax law, Basic knowledge of payroll tools
• Education: Apprenticeship required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Languages: Proficient in the national language, Upper-Intermediate in English
• Work Experience: Experience in a similar payroll position
