A leading mobility technology platform seeks an HR Operations professional to manage lifecycle processes and provide support on HR policies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and 2-3 years of relevant experience. This role emphasizes attention to detail, effective prioritization, and a passion for continuous improvement in a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

  • Proficient in English communication (verbal and written).
  • Familiar with HR Service processes.

  • Responsible for HR lifecycle processes operations (onboarding/offboarding/transfer etc.).

  • Ensure timely handling of cases meeting quality level and SLA.

Team Overview

The team provides assistance in a variety of questions across all areas of HR, including life cycles, policies, benefits, pay, and vendor management.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for the HR lifecycle processes operations (onboarding/offboarding/transfer etc.)
  2. Providing inquiry advice on HR policies, procedures, and legislations.
  3. Ensure the cases are handled in a timely manner meeting the required quality level and SLA.
  4. HR data maintenance via SuccessFactors and ServiceNow systems.
  5. Support on HR procedures maintenance and process documentation management.
  6. Assist first level of projects of the area under guidance.
Role Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree related to HR, Business Administration or similar.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR Operations or related areas.
  • High level of attention to detail and results-oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and balance multiple tasks.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in English communication (verbal and written).
  • Understand basic HR policies; familiar with HR Service processes.
  • Solid system skills i.e., SuccessFactors, ServiceNow.
  • Solve preliminary issues under clear guidance or established processes with accuracy and reliability.
  • Able to quickly learn basic working methods and apply them reasonably in work.
  • Basic data analysis skills.
