You will lead HR operations at the site, partner with leadership on planning and organizational development, and manage labor relations with unions while supporting talent acquisition for technical and blue-collar

Qualificações

• Significant HR leadership experience within an industrial environment.
• Background in manufacturing, shipbuilding, oil & gas, EPC, heavy industry, or similar sectors.
• Proven experience managing HR operations at a plant, site, or business-unit level.
• Strong expertise in labor relations and unionized workforce environments.
• Fluent Portuguese and professional English.
