Job summary

Continental seeks an HR Manager - Services Brazil to act as a strategic partner, linking people strategies with business priorities across multiple locations in Brazil.

The role leads the HR team, oversees payroll, labor relations, and benefits negotiations, and supports recruitment, leadership development, and organizational changes within the Services operations. Regular travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Solid generalist HR experience, preferably in multi-site environments.
• Proven experience leading HR teams.
• Strong knowledge of payroll and personnel administration processes.
• Experience in labor relations and collective bargaining negotiations.
• Experience negotiating employee benefits, esp. health plans.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation.
• Advanced or fluent English mandatory for meetings with international stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, autonomy, proactivity and ability to influence leaders in a matrix organization.
• Experience with workforce planning, HR KPIs, budget and cost management.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Availability to travel regularly to operational locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, performance, talent and people-related decisions.
• Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring effective HR support across the Services operations.
• Oversee payroll and personnel administration processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution.
• Lead labor relations activities and collective bargaining negotiations, maintaining constructive relationships with unions and employee representatives.
• Manage strategic employee benefits topics, including negotiations with health plan providers and other key suppliers.
• Support recruitment, retention, succession planning, leadership development and organizational changes.
• Drive HR projects and change initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes and local labor regulations.
• Monitor HR KPIs, headcount, workforce costs and other key indicators, translating data into action plans.
• Partner with Centers of Expertise, Shared Services and other HR stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of HR solutions.
• Maintain close contact with operations and leadership teams through regular site visits, understanding local needs and supporting business decisions.
• Promote continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and employee experience.

• Experience managing and negotiating employee benefits, especially health plans.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation.
• Advanced or fluent English is mandatory, with the ability to conduct meetings and interact with international stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, autonomy, proactivity and ability to influence leaders in a matrix organization.
