Greif in Brazil is seeking an experienced HR leader to coordinate recruitment, training, engagement surveys, talent reviews, performance cycles, onboarding, and other HR activities across plants. You will monitor HR KPIs monthly, support annual people budget planning with plant leadership, update policies, and drive global projects, while collaborating with leadership in a multinational environment.

• Completed higher education degree.
• Fluent or advanced English; Spanish preferred.

• Experience managing teams in an industrial environment (plus).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute HR processes including recruitment, training, engagement surveys, and onboarding.
• Prepare monthly HR KPIs across all plants in Brazil.
• Support annual people budget planning with plant leadership; track promotions and adjustments.
• Review and update internal HR policies and support audits.
• Communicate HR matters internally (employee movements, projects).
• Support leadership with various HR matters.
• Implement and follow up on global projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and executing HR processes: recruitment and selection, training, engagement surveys, talent review, performance cycle, career paths, onboarding, and other activities.
• Preparing, monitoring, and communicating HR KPIs across all plants in Brazil on a monthly basis.
• Supporting the annual people budget planning with plant leadership; following up on promotions and adjustments; and collecting necessary approvals.
• Reviewing and updating internal HR policies and supporting internal and external audits.
• Communicating HR matters internally (employee movements, projects, etc.).
• Supporting leadership with various HR matters.
• Implementing and following up on global projects.

Qualifications

• Completed higher education degree.
• Fluent or advanced English; Spanish preferred.
