Job summary

Etex in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, invites you to join as HR Coordinator (HR Business Partner). You will partner with business leaders to align HR practices with operations, manage recruitment and talent programs, and drive learning and development initiatives to support growth.

The role emphasizes compliance with labor laws, workforce safety, and engagement analytics. You’ll collaborate with regional HR teams to standardize practices and enable strategic people outcomes across manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR roles within multinational environments, ideally with exposure to industrial or plant operations.
• Strong background in recruitment, talent management, and L&D.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret dashboards, KPIs and translate insights into action plans.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, aligning HR practices with operational and strategic goals.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions at all levels and across all functions of the company.
• Drive Talent Management initiatives, including development plans and succession planning.
• Implement and monitor Learning & Development programs aligned with business needs.
• Support onboarding processes, building strong integration experiences for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and workplace safety standards.
• Promote employee engagement, analyze survey results and drive improvement plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects, strengthening HR’s role as a strategic enabler.
• Collaborate with corporate HR and regional teams to ensure consistency and best practices.
