About the Role:

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. We seek proactive, dynamic team players with great organizational skills, accustomed to handling multiple tasks with attention to detail. What You’ll Do:

1. Hold regular meetings with business units and management, providing guidance on HR issues.
2. Analyze trends and metrics related to employee turnover to develop solutions, programs, and policies to increase retention.
3. Stay updated on legal requirements related to employee management, focusing on reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance.
4. Provide guidance and assistance in interpreting HR policies.
5. Resolve complex employee-related problems.
6. Assist international employees with expatriation and HR matters.

You Must Have:

1. Experience in similar HR roles.
2. Knowledge of labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America.
3. Experience in the IT industry or regional responsibility (desirable).
4. Advanced English proficiency.
5. Flexible hours and the ability to create your own schedule.
