A leading company in Brazil is seeking an HR Assistant Specialist to provide administrative and HR operational support for the LATAM-Brazil team. This role involves managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, be fluent in English and Portuguese, and be proficient in MS Office. This is an on-site, full-time position based in São Paulo.

To provide administrative and HR operational support for Anker’s LATAM-Brazil team, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient HR processes while maintaining compliance with local labor laws and global company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources

  • Support end-to-end recruitment: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate evaluation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries (attendance, benefits, leave management).
  • Help organize training sessions & employee engagement activities.

Administrative Support

  • Manage office operations (supplies, vendor coordination, etc.).
  • Assist in meeting & event planning (materials preparation in English/Portuguese).

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in HR/Administrative roles (multinational or tech company experience is a plus).
  • Languages:
  • Fluent in English (handling meetings, emails, and reports in English).
  • Native Portuguese (for local compliance and employee communication).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel for basic data analysis).
  • Familiarity with Brazilian labor laws.
  • Work Arrangement: Must be based in São Paulo and work on-site full-time.
