Sin Hwa Dee Foodstuff Industries Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Accounts Assistant to manage attendance tracking, payroll processing, and tax submissions. The role also involves CPF E-submission, IR8A forms, and internship liaison with educational institutions.

Qualificações

• Experience handling payroll and payroll submissions is essential.
• Detail-oriented with good data accuracy and privacy.
• Ability to liaise with external agencies and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Track and monitor employees' attendance and update leave records and claims.
• Prepare and execute monthly payroll, verify work and overtime hours, and prepare tax documents.
• Submit Tax Clearance IR21 and CPF E-submission tasks.
• Prepare IR8A forms and personal income tax submissions.
• Coordinate with schools for student internships (Polytechnic and University).
• Submit grant applications and handle other assigned duties.
• Assist with any other appropriate duties as assigned.

Job Specification - HR Accounts Assistant

• Tracking and monitor employees' attendance, update leave record and claims.
• Prepare and execute the monthly employee payroll. This includes the monthly calculation and verification of work and overtime hours and to prepare the necessary documents for the annual income tax submission for all employees.
• Submission of Tax Clearance IR21.
• Prepare CPF E-submission.
• Preparation of IR8A form and personal income tax submission.
• Liaise and follow-up with school on student internship (Polytechnic and University).
• Submit grant submission application.
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
