The successful candidate will drive AI adoption, automate processes, and build a high-performing IT team while aligning technology with business goals and delivering measurable value.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of IT management, infrastructure, systems and operations experience.
• Strong hands-on SAP knowledge: implementation, optimisation, troubleshooting, and integration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the overall IT strategy, infrastructure, and operations for Indoguna Singapore.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including AI implementation, process automation, and BI solutions.
• Oversee IT systems development and continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Proven SAP expertise: implementation, optimisation, user support, and integration with business processes.
• Lead IT projects from planning through implementation and successful adoption.
• Collaborate with all departments to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Manage IT vendors, cybersecurity, system maintenance, and IT governance.
• Develop a long-term IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Build and mentor an internal IT team with strong end-user support.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, especially AI and automation, to deliver measurable business value.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overallITstrategy, infrastructure, and operations for Indoguna Singapore.
• Drive the company’s digital transformation initiatives, including AI implementation, process automation, and business intelligence solutions.
• Oversee the development and continuous improvementofITsystems to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and business performance.
• Possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP, including system implementation, optimisation, user support, and process integration.
• LeadITprojects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and successful adoption across the business.
• Work closely with all departments to understand business requirements and recommend technology solutions to improve processes.
• ManageITvendors, software providers, cybersecurity, system maintenance, andITgovernance.
• Develop the company’s long-termITroadmap and ensure alignment with our business objectives.
• Build and lead the internalITteam while providing technical guidance and support to end users.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly AI and automation, and recommend solutions that create measurable business value.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant IT experience, with proven experience in IT management, infrastructure, systems, and operations.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP, including implementation, system optimisation, troubleshooting, user support, and integration with business processes.
• Proven track record in digital transformation, including AI adoption, process automation, business intelligence, and technology-driven process improvement.
• Strong experience in IT project management, with the ability to manage projects from planning and implementation through to successful user adoption.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, system maintenance, IT governance, and data security.
• Experience in managing IT vendors, software providers, consultants, and external technology partners.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational requirements and translate them into practical and cost-effective technology solutions.
• Proven ability to develop and implement a long-term IT strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Experience in leading, developing, and mentoring an internal IT team including providing technical guidance and end-user support.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI, automation, analytics, and digital solutions.
