Modaxo is seeking a Group HR Director to lead HR operations across LATAM from a remote Brazil location. You will drive employee development, retention, onboarding, and HR strategy deployment to support business objectives, with travel as required.

You will oversee HRIS systems, wellbeing initiatives, talent management, and compliance while coaching BU HR resources and coordinating cross-functional teams. Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience.
• Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
• Experience in HR operations & administration.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Exposure to HRIS software; Workday is a plus.
