Location & Remote Work
Our tech team operates on a "remote-first" basis, allowing you to work from anywhere in Brazil, with options for office or coworking space twice a week.
Language Requirement
This role requires fluency in English for communication with international teams and stakeholders, and proficiency in Portuguese is also necessary.
Tech Lead Manager Responsibilities
This role, starting at the Senior Software Engineer level, combines technical leadership with people management, focusing on setting technical direction, ensuring quality, and developing team members. Career growth is possible within technical or management paths.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical project implementation, solving complex problems and delivering scalable, maintainable solutions
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of 2-5 engineers, supporting their career growth
- Define and uphold engineering culture and technical standards
- Collaborate across teams for technical alignment and project delivery
Engineer Responsibilities
- Develop services and platforms for various product features
- Create well-documented APIs
- Build scalable, user-centered solutions
- Handle legacy code effectively

Requirements
