Location & Remote Work: Our 'remote-first' model allows working from anywhere in Brazil, with options to work in São Paulo, Campinas, or coworking spaces up to twice a week.

Language: Proficiency in English is required for communication with international colleagues, suppliers, and internal tools/materials.

Selection Process: Lasts approximately 30-40 days, including application, phone interview, technical screening, technical interviews, and offer.

Data Team Mission: Support data-driven decision-making through organized analysis and insights. The team includes Data Analysts, Analytical Engineers, and Data Platform Engineers, with this position focusing on data analytics.

Main Responsibilities:

• Structure analytical projects based on stakeholder questions
• Master business models and data analysis tools (SQL, Python/R, forecasting, clustering, metrics monitoring)
• Define and monitor key metrics aligned with business goals
• Use predictive and prescriptive analysis to support decisions
• Promote a data-driven culture internally
• Introduce new technologies and techniques for high-impact opportunities
• Serve as a data and analytics contact for Product and other teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in Data & Analytics
• Fluent in SQL and Python
• Ability to solve complex problems using business knowledge, statistical tools, and programming languages; high-quality analysis expected without managerial validation
• Experience with experimental design and analysis (e.g., A/B testing)
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, produce, and present materials in English
