SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Works under the direction of the Associate Director of Enrollment Operations
POSITION SUMMARY: At Moravian University, we are committed to providing students with a seamless and supportive enrollment experience. As a Graduate Assistant for Enrollment Operations, you will play an essential role in assisting with the day-to-day functions that support prospective students, admissions teams, and enrollment processes. This position offers hands-on experience in higher education operations, student information systems, and data management - ideal for a graduate student interested in enrollment management, business operations, or data analytics. As in any role at Moravian, you will also have the opportunity to directly support students and families throughout their experience at Moravian. Currently enrolled in a graduate program (preferably in higher education, business, or data analytics). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information. Experience with CRM or student information systems preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
