Activities:

• Customer Call Handling
• Answering Calls to Resellers (doubts, transfer of knowledge)
• Answering calls from internal areas (Commercial, Pre-sales, etc.)
• Customer Incident Service
• Differentiated service to Prime Customers
• Call Screening

Requirements:

• Experience in technical customer service
• Experience with technology, especially Infrastructure
• Knowledge of networks, Linux, Virtualization (VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-v), Information Security
• Advanced English for daily use and customer support

Differential:

• Knowledge of PAM and IAM
• Spanish language

Time:

• Various shifts available, including daily 8-hour schedules between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm
• Availability for 12x36 shifts, including day and night shifts (from 7 am to 7 pm)
