Position Summary
Global Partner Program Director – responsible for strategy and growth of reseller, referral, and channel partner programs at Rimini Street. Position is based in São Paulo, Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Develop onboarding processes, training resources, and certification programs to ramp partners for revenue generation.
- Collaborate with sales to co‑create partner pipeline strategies and drive net new ARR through channel‑sourced and influenced deals.
- Track partner performance, measure program success (KPIs such as partner‑sourced pipeline, activation rate, win rate), and optimize based on insights.
- Act as a bridge between internal sales teams, marketing, and external partners to coordinate joint efforts, webinars, and operationalize the co‑selling motion.
- Manage Salesforce to ensure partner data integrity and leverage data in decision‑making.
- Coordinate with various departments to deliver partner communication and enablement initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
- 10+ years of operations experience supporting channel partnerships, partner program management, or indirect sales at a scaling SaaS or software services company.
- Solid understanding of channel sales models and key partner types (VARs, ISVs, MSPs, GSIs).
- Experience managing international or multi‑region partner ecosystems.
- Proven ability to build scalable onboarding, enablement, and partner lifecycle processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer‑first attitude.
- Proficiency with Salesforce for reporting and data‑driven decisions.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under stress, manage multiple critical priorities, and exercise a strong work ethic.
- Experience influencing and negotiating with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
Desired Qualifications
- Partner/alliance experience with major software vendors (SAP, Oracle) or system integrators in a global enterprise context.
- Deep understanding of the regional enterprise IT ecosystem – ERP vendors, resellers, consulting partners, and global system integrators.
- Record of sustained quota over‑achievement in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. MBA a plus.

- Fluent English (spoken and written)
