Responsabilidades

• Single point of contact for project/program work scopes including CBM, ALM, recertification, upgrades, reactivations, exchanges and OEM repairs.
• Initiate and plan projects, create and maintain PEPs and project registers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers and vendors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive transparency and collaboration.
• Monitor KPIs and project health; take action as needed.
• Own financial health and drive commercial success.
• Track critical path activities and build contingency plans.
• Comply with NOV and HSE policies and procedures.

NOV is recruiting for a Project Manager role to be part of our Aftermarket Programs Group, in the Aftermarket group within the Energy Equipment segment in Macaé, RJ, Brazil.

For the role of Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading critical support programs designed to deliver critical benefits to our customers. Primary duties include:

• Single point of contact for associated project/program work scopes: Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programs, Automation Lifecycle Management (ALM) programs, recertification, upgrades, reactivations, capital equipment exchanges, OEM repairs, and other internal projects.


• Responsible for project initiation and planning, including scope identification, the creation and maintenance of the Project Execution Plans (PEP), and project registers.


• Build and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors, through engagement and face-to-face interaction.


• Work together with internal stakeholders, driving transparency and collaboration.


• Monitor program KPIs and health, initiating action when required to proactively address concerns.


• Own financial health – plan, monitor, and drive commercial success.


• Maintain awareness of critical path activities; build contingency plans and implement mitigating recovery strategies.


• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
