ROSEN Group in Rio de Janeiro is seeking a Project Manager to plan and manage the full execution of projects after hand-over from sales. You will lead teams to deliver contracted scope across divisions, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality while managing risks, invoicing, and changes.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years in customer-facing PM roles within Oil & Gas, with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with customer-facing product and system solutions in Oil & Gas.
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Ability to manage projects of basic complexity while meeting quality, scope, and timeline expectations.
  • Basic understanding of legal and contractual aspects related to project management.

Responsabilidades

  • Plan and manage project execution from hand-over to delivery.
  • Lead project teams to deliver contracted scope across divisions.
  • Manage scope, budget, schedule and quality to meet objectives.
  • Develop WBS, define activities, and estimate resources.
  • Monitor risks and control project work, schedule and budget.
  • Handle invoicing, cash flow, and changes during execution.
  • Close the project and document lessons learned.

What you can expect

The Project Manager will plan and manage the complete project execution after the hand-over from the sales manager to deliver in accordance with the customer’s expectations. The Project Manager is responsible for leading project teams to deliver contracted scope of work that span across one or more divisions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Achieving the project objectives with respect to its agreed scope, budget, schedule and quality
  • Reviewing the scope of work, legal and commercial terms and conditions
  • Executing the project in line with customer's expectations, HSE rules, corporate guidelines, processes, policies, governance and the law
  • Creating the work break down structure, define and sequence the activities
  • Estimating resource requirements including duration and developing the master schedule
  • Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals
  • Establishing communication to project team and customer on a regular base
  • Identifying and analyzing project risks, monitor and control those risks
  • Monitoring and controlling project work, schedule and budget
  • Managing project invoicing and cash flow
  • Identifying and managing changes during project execution
  • Approving final project deliverables
  • Identifying and communicating additional sales opportunities
  • Administering the contract and closing the project
  • Ensuring completeness of project documentation
  • Documenting lessons learned and best practices
What you will bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with customer-facing product and system solutions in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Ability to successfully manage projects of basic complexity while meeting quality, scope, and timeline expectations.
  • Basic understanding of legal and contractual aspects related to project management.
  • Strong technical and operational understanding of industrial products and services.
  • Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry and its operational environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Spanish is a plus.
