Garena in Brazil is launching the Trainee 2027 program in São Paulo, inviting fresh graduates to join from Day 1 and work with regional teams worldwide. You will be embedded into daily operations and support business strategies under local leadership.

You'll choose Track A or Track B: Game Marketing or Game Operations, focusing on growth, events, data analysis, and retention, while developing core skills in a truly international environment that values ownership and impact.

Qualificações

• Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English, with reading, writing, and speaking proficiency.
• Passion for games and gaming knowledge is a plus.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model for 8 hours a day in São Paulo/SP.

Select your track:

Track A: Game Marketing

Focus on how our games reach and resonate with millions. You will master:

• Performance Marketing & User Acquisition (UA).
• Branding and Community building.
• Managing influencer tribes and massive local campaigns.

Track B: Game Operations -

Focus on the "engine" that keeps our games alive and profitable. You will master:

• Game Economy and Monetization strategies.
• Planning and executing major in-game events.
• Data analysis to optimize player retention and experience.

Global Sync: Beyond Borders
