The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in our LATAM revenue operations team, focusing on financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support data-driven decision-making. This bilingual professional (English and Spanish or Portuguese) will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment and bring strong analytical skills to drive performance and align financial strategy with business goals.

What a day in the life looks like:

• Analyze key SaaS metrics to uncover insights on revenue growth, retention, and unit economics.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align financial plans with business goals.
• Monitor recurring revenue trends and customer behavior to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actuals against forecasts and recommend strategic actions.
• Streamline and automate financial reporting processes using BI tools and automation platforms.
• Present financial insights and performance updates to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.

What you bring to the team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or similar roles, ideally within the SaaS industry.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with deep knowledge of SaaS metrics.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle); experience with BI tools or CRM systems is a plus.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and a proactive attitude.
