About the Role:

This professional will actively participate in the Connect Planning Support Team and support Finance users in monthly closing and forecasting processes. They will be part of the Connected Planning team within FP&A, supporting users and Alcoa locations in applications that manage budgeting, planning, and forecasting.

As the application business owner, responsibilities include:

• Developing clear, consistent, and high-quality end-user documentation.
• Acting as the primary contact for problem identification and resolution, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing action plans.
• Monitoring and configuring user access to ensure data confidentiality.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engaging in system migrations and testing for improvements.
• Managing EPM Connected Planning applications during monthly closing, forecasting, and annual planning cycles.

Qualifications:

• Finance background and reporting experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Experience with Oracle EPM PBCS (key-user or consultant).
• Proficiency in Oracle SmartView, scripting languages, VBA, and SQL.
• Preferred: experience with Groovy, Python, and Anaplan.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and technical skills.
• Additional assets: Finance, Accounting, and FP&A skills.
