Job summary

Telepatia is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers, embedding in real healthcare problems and delivering production-grade AI integrations. You will deploy, tailor, and coexist with clinical workflows, building customer-specific solutions and translating real-world needs into scalable tech.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in SaaS engineering/product/consulting, excellent communication, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in engineering, product, or consulting roles in SaaS.
• Ability to deploy and iterate directly in production.
• Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete information.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Experience translating customer requirements into actionable code.
• Excellent communication across diverse audiences.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work directly with our customers and ensure our AI products deliver real-world impact.

This is a frontline engineering role — you will be embedded in customer problems, building, adapting, and deploying solutions in production.

Must-have

• 3+ years of experience in engineering, product, or consulting roles within SaaS environments
• Ability to build fast and iterate directly in production
• Comfort working with ambiguity and incomplete information
• High ownership: you solve problems end-to-end
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English
• Experience translating customer requirements into actionable code for sprint pipelines
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills across diverse audiences

Nice-to-have

• Experience with AI products (LLMs, voice, agents)
• Technical foundation (ability to work with APIs, data, and modern web stacks — JS/TS is a plus)
• Experience with integrations (EHRs, APIs, data pipelines)
• Background in healthtech
