What You Will Do:

  1. Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
  2. Handle inquiries in the global CRM following established processes
  3. Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  4. Communicate with potential customers
  5. Accurately update and categorize leads in the system
  6. Securely work with customers' sensitive information
  7. Apply the latest customer happiness practices
  8. Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages is a must)
  • Previous experience in luxury customer support
  • Attentive to details
  • Experience in sales is an advantage
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
