One of our partner companies is currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist in the Philippines / Brazil / Pakistan.
This fully remote role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering world-class technical support while helping e-commerce businesses thrive. As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in resolving platform-related issues, assisting customers with Amazon-specific challenges, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth bug management and product improvement. You'll work in a fast-paced environment with global teammates, supporting innovative tools that power sellers on platforms like Amazon and Walmart. This is a contractor role with long-term growth potential for someone detail-oriented, customer-focused, and tech-savvy.
Accountabilities:
- Deliver responsive and effective technical support to users, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Leverage Amazon selling experience to assist users with platform-specific needs
- Identify and document bugs; coordinate with engineering for timely resolution
- Maintain clear records of customer interactions and support cases
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and enhance the product
- Ensure issues are tracked accurately using bug management tools
- Offer thoughtful solutions that balance technical feasibility and user experience
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years in technical support, ideally supporting Amazon sellers
- Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clear, professional communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple support cases at once
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Linear experience is a plus)
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Bonus: Experience using Grafana or similar monitoring tools
