A global Support-as-a-Service leader is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to deliver exceptional remote customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and a background in customer support, with experience in trading preferred. This role offers the opportunity to work flexible hours from home and be part of an inclusive international environment, ensuring high customer satisfaction while maintaining a proactive attitude.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of trading knowledge or exposure to trading operations required.
• Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM and stable internet connection.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1).
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
• Personal computer with a stable internet connection (min 50 Mbps/40 Mbps).
