Job summary

A global Support-as-a-Service leader is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to deliver exceptional remote customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and a background in customer support, with experience in trading preferred. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of trading knowledge or exposure to trading operations required.
