Key job responsibilities

1. Lead finance partner for regional support on FPA and projects.
2. Perform financial modeling, analytical support, and validate results of process improvements.
3. Maintain high standards of financial controls and data integrity.
4. Develop talent and encourage challenging assumptions.
5. Manage finance activities across Consumer categories.
6. Location: São Paulo.

Role Responsibilities

1. Support forecast standardization and automation.
2. Act as a business partner to drive regional growth strategies.
3. Coordinate the planning process, including assumptions, analysis, and data checks.
4. Provide accurate financial reports.
5. Identify opportunities to adopt global standards and transfer tasks to global teams.
6. Develop financial skills within the organization.
7. Build talent inside and outside Finance.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years in tax, finance, or related analytical fields.
• 5+ years in finance and accounting roles.
• 6+ years applying KPIs to analyses.
• 6+ years building financial and operational reports.
• 6+ years creating process improvements with automation.
• 6+ years participating in continuous improvement projects.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, business, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years identifying data issues and implementing solutions.
• 6+ years delivering impactful financial models and analyses.
• MBA or CPA certification.
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL.
• Experience with large-scale data tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation.
