Qualificações

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important. Here are some of the fundamental duties that make your work unique:

What will I be doing?

You will analyze, account, close, and process payments, perform accounts payable closing (aging, payment receipts), handle general accounting entries, tax accounting, assist in hotel closing processes, handle currency exchange processing, allocate international payments (Affiliates), perform Blackline reconciliations, manage general provisions, and support new projects.

Essential Functions

Average Percentage of Time:

  • 50% - Accounting
  • 30% - Accounts Payable
  • 20% - Others

Additional Supporting Functions

  • Issue reports for accounts payable processing
  • Process payments for domestic and international invoices
  • Handle urgent payments outside scheduled dates
  • Analyze and record invoices in the accounting system
  • Assist in tax withholding collection and update tax spreadsheets
  • Perform account reclassifications, tax adjustments, and corrections
  • Execute monthly hotel closing routines (Deferred, Hilton Honors, HRCC, Affiliate invoice, Bad Debt, etc.)
  • Perform Blackline reconciliations
  • Keep SharePoint documents updated
  • Safeguard and archive payment receipts and journals
  • Analyze and sign off on aging reports at month-end
  • Participate in hotel task forces

OTHER DUTIES

  • Embrace the Hilton culture and demonstrate knowledge of job and service standards
  • Collaborate across functions and perform additional roles as needed
