Role Description

The ideal candidate will support our financial operations by managing invoices, payments, and the daily flow of accounts payable and receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Schedule and execute payments to suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding client payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in monthly reconciliations.
• Support the Finance Manager with administrative tasks and reporting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, or similar).
• Basic understanding of financial procedures and principles.
• Fluency in English.
