Who You Are

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join Zubale as Finance and Accounting Coordinator for Brazil.

This key leadership role will be integral to the success of our organization, requiring a candidate with a strong finance background, strategic acumen, and excellent accounting and communication skills.

As the Finance leader for Brazil, you will serve as a strategic partner to the General Manager, delivering timely financial information, business insights, and recommendations that support decision-making and drive the achievement of our business goals.

What You Will Do

1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Brazil executive team to create budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Plan and control the cash flow with all the details related to inflows and outflows.

2. Accounting and Reporting:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare and present timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Understand and review the monthly VAT report and payment as Corporate Income Tax and other municipalities taxes.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and resource allocation.

4. Business Partnership:

• Work closely with the general manager to understand business needs and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Act as a financial advisor, providing guidance on financial implications of various business initiatives.

5. Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Implement effective risk management strategies to safeguard the financial health of the organization.
• Manage the relationship with the accounting outsourcing to provide quality information and implement best practices according to Fiscal Advisory.
