Zebra is seeking a Sr. Manager – Finance Business Partner for Brazil and South Latin America to lead commercial finance support and drive profitable growth across sub-regions.

You will partner with local Sales Teams and LA Finance Director to deliver insights, forecasts and P&L modeling for opportunities. You will manage one direct report and collaborate with Corporate Legal and Accounting on contractual terms, while promoting process improvements and knowledge growth within the team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional qualification preferred
• 12+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience with complex accounting issues
• Advanced Excel and database skills
• Proven ability to interface with management and executives across functions
• Bilingual in Portuguese, English and preferably Spanish

Responsabilidades

• Track performance of sub-regions (revenues, margins, OPEX) vs Plan/Forecast; analyze and share discrepancies with teams
• Support sub-regional Sales Teams to prepare accurate bi-weekly revenue forecasts
• Provide ad-hoc analytics and insights to grow Zebra sales in sub-regions by leveraging finance data cubes
• Develop P&L modeling for non-standard sales opportunities and assess RevRec criteria
• Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Accounting on contractual T&Cs
• Recommend, drive and implement process improvements; standardize processes globally
• Develop knowledge and skills of direct reports

You will join the Zebra LA Finance Team with approx. 9 employees with two direct reports located across the whole region and will be responsible for commercial finance support for Brazil and SoLA regions. That means close collaboration with local Sales Teams by providing finance insight and influence, and driving profitable, sustainable and predictable growth. The position has one direct report (Business Analyst).

Responsibilities

• Track performance of each sub-region (revenues, margins, OPEX) against Plan and Forecast; analyze discrepancies and share them with various Teams
• Support sub-regional Sales Teams to prepare accurate and realistic bi-weekly revenue forecasts
• Delight internal stakeholders (sub-regional Sales VPs, LA Fin Director, LA FP&A Mgr)
• Provide ad-hoc analytics and financial insights to help grow Zebra sales in the sub-regions by leveraging finance data cubes; make future projections
• Provide P&L modeling for non-standard sales opportunities incl. multiple scenarios and their impact on key financial indicators; assess RevRec criteria; collaborate with Corporate Legal and Accounting Teams on contractual T&Cs
• Recommend, drive, and implement process improvements continually; standardize processes globally; promote usage of the latest technologies
• Develop knowledge and skills of your direct reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related filed required. Appropriate professional qualification/certification to practice finance in country/region preferred
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance with three years of experience as a Manager in a related Financial field
• Experience with complex Accounting issues
• Advanced Excel and database skills
• Advanced experience with ERP systems
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Demonstrated ability to interface with management and executive levels across functions
• Bilingual in Portuguese, English and preferably Spanish
