AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Regional Accountant to manage financial operations across Latin America, with a focus on Brazil and Colombia. You will own contractor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and payment processing, while coordinating daily with IT, HR, and Delivery teams. Strong attention to detail is essential.

This role requires 0-3 years in Accounting, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and proficiency with Google Workspace. Flextime and USD-based compensation are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and process invoices from contractors and vendors.
• Review and validate hours reported in the time-tracking system.
• Manage payment operations through payment platforms.
• Answer finance-related questions from contractors.
• Communicate with vendors on operational finance issues.
• Coordinate daily with other Finance teams on cross-functional questions.
• Track corporate and client-owned equipment, reconciling asset status.
• Monitor local finance and legal/regulatory changes in Brazil and Colombia.
