Job summary

ARVORE Immersive Experiences is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate to support daily accounts payable tasks in a dynamic XR content company based in São Paulo. You will work with the Brazil and US teams, processing invoices, payments, and records with close attention to accuracy.

You will help maintain vendor relations, support month-end processes, and prepare reports using Excel. A proactive, learning mindset and comfort with English-enabled systems are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Education: pursuing or holding a degree in business, accounting or economics.
• English: reading/comprehension skills for systems in English.
• Excel: proficiency for daily data processing.
• Accounting: basic knowledge of corporate finance and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily accounts payable tasks including invoice and payment entry and scheduling.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will support daily Accounts Payable operations and the exchange of information with our external accounting team, working alongside Finance and Legal teams in Brazil and the US.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute daily accounts payable tasks (invoice and payment slip entry, verification, and scheduling).
• Assist with vendor relations and the organization of payment records.
  Support the organization and submission of documents to external accounting for month-end closing.
• Assist in organizing and verifying basic financial data.
• Maintain organized files and spreadsheets.
• Use Excel for departmental tracking and daily reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• English: Reading and comprehension skills (required for using systems in English).
• Excel: Proficiency in Excel for daily data processing.
• Accounting: Basic theoretical knowledge of corporate finance is essential (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, and their interrelationships).
• Profile: Attention to detail, organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and dedication to career growth.
