Qualificações

• Técnico completo em Informática ou áreas relacionadas.
• Experiência em suporte de TI e habilidades em inglês.

Responsabilidades

• Promover suporte a usuários finais e equipe.
• Coordenação com terceiros para manutenção de ativos de TI.
• Atuar em conformidade com políticas de Segurança da Informação.

Descrição da oferta de emprego

Promote support to key users and/or the end user;

Promote training to users and also to the team when necessary;

Support for IT and other applications;

IT infrastructure support;

Change management support;

Activities include installation, movement, delivery, change, and disposal of equipment.

Support based on Automotive IT principles, standards, processes, and tools;

Coordinate with third parties and/or suppliers for maintenance of IT assets/services;

Perform technical processes following global guidelines for system and equipment maintenance.

Act in accordance with Information Security policies;

Your profile

Completed technical education in Informatics or related fields and intermediate English proficiency.
