Qualificações

• Educação técnica em Informática ou áreas afins.

Responsabilidades

• Promover suporte a usuários-chave e usuários finais.
• Atividades de suporte a incidentes e gestão de mudanças.
• Coordenar manutenção de ativos de TI com terceiros.

Descrição da oferta de emprego

Promote support to key users and/or the end user;

Promote training to users and the team when necessary;

Support for IT and other applications;

IT infrastructure support;

Incident support activities;

Change management support;

Activities related to the installation, movement, delivery, change, and disposal of equipment;

Support based on Automotive IT principles, standards, processes, and tools;

Coordinate with third parties and/or suppliers for maintenance of IT assets/services;

Perform technical processes following global guidelines for maintaining systems and equipment;

Act in accordance with Information Security policies.

Your profile

Completed technical education in Informatics or related fields and intermediate English proficiency.
