The Field Application Specialist (FAS) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for executing customer service strategies, contributing to the applications and field services team in favor of our customers, being a strong advocate and promoter of our solutions. The FAS must perform at a high level to ensure quality delivery and support marketing and commercial strategies.

This position is part of Service Brazil, located in Sao Paulo. It offers flexibility to work remotely, from the office, and on-site at customer locations. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be part of the Field Service Application Team and report to the Field Service Application Leader Brazil. Your role involves maintaining high customer satisfaction for pre-sales and post-sales services, delivering technical support to meet business challenges, and supporting educational initiatives to highlight our services’ value.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support on-site visits and remote assistance, troubleshooting, and training. Act as the focal point for product-related issues and strategic support in decision-making.
• Serve as an active communication bridge between Beckman Coulter and customers, including supporting marketing activities such as launches and campaigns.
• Lead ongoing education for customers, assist in publishing relevant scientific articles, and promote our services as a market differentiator.

The essential requirements of the job include

• Proven experience in continuing education for clinical laboratory customers and more than 3 years of workflow experience in clinical analysis laboratories, with theoretical and practical knowledge of in vitro diagnostics, preferably with Beckman Coulter or similar product lines.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is desirable. Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker preferred.
• Availability to travel within Brazil and internationally for training, with face-to-face customer interaction being a key aspect.
• Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or Biology.
