The Field Application Specialist (FAS) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for executing customer service strategies, supporting our applications and field services teams, and promoting our solutions. The FAS must perform at a high level to deliver excellent service and support marketing and commercial strategies.

This position is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and offers flexibility to work remotely, in the office, or on-site at customer locations. Our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be part of the Field Service Application Team and report to the Field Service Application Leader Brazil. Your role involves maintaining high customer satisfaction for pre-sales and post-sales services, delivering technical support, and helping customers meet their business challenges. You will support education initiatives, contribute to scientific publications, and help position our services as market differentiators.

In this role, you will:

• Support on-site visits and remote assistance, troubleshooting, and training. Act as the primary contact for product-related issues and strategic decision-making support.
• Maintain active communication between Beckman Coulter and customers, including marketing support for new launches and campaigns.
• Lead ongoing education efforts, supporting customers in publishing scientific articles and highlighting our services’ value.

The essential requirements include:

• Proven experience in clinical laboratory education and workflow, with over 3 years in clinical analysis laboratories, and theoretical and practical knowledge of in vitro diagnostics, preferably with Beckman Coulter or similar products.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is desirable. Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker preferred.
• Availability to travel within Brazil and internationally for training and customer support, primarily face-to-face.
• Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or Biology.
