Main Activities
  • Coordinate with production and logistics departments to plan shipment programs aligned with weekly/monthly production and optimization schedules; organize orders and new inquiries based on product type, volume, and market understanding. Regularly provide price lists and information on new products/services to existing and potential clients.
  • Monitor publications from governmental and private organizations to identify potential new markets and coordinate communications with these markets. Maintain close communication with BRF Direct Exports and DDP teams to enhance market understanding.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase profitability; address and resolve client complaints in collaboration with quality assurance and related departments. Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Supervise account teams assigned to each client and collaborate with advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to meet client needs.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts. Understand clients' needs thoroughly and prepare customized solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and meet deadlines for fulfilling clients' long-term goals. Follow legal procedures and regulations in coordination with the corporate affairs department, and adjust company strategies accordingly.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related area.
  • Advanced proficiency in English; Arabic is preferred.
  • Availability to travel.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
