About the role

In this position, your goal is to promote the concept of Peritoneal Dialysis therapy and to prospect, generate demand and sales. You will be part of a friendly and collaborative team that motivates each other to improve daily. We develop exceptional strategies to close deals and expand our skills, challenging ourselves and others. Whether in the field with a partner or facing challenges with your territory team, you always have camaraderie and support to help achieve your goals!

What you will do

1. Position Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) therapy in the market to increase demand and meet established goals.
2. Support the Renal business in training for the chronic area, including doctors, nurses, and administrative sectors (purchasing, finance, management).
3. Generate demand with nephrologists and nurses through ongoing visits, discussing clinical articles that show their patients are suitable for therapy.
4. Provide clinical and professional experience for internal and external clients. Interact with hospital and clinic professionals.
5. Identify, design, implement, and coordinate new strategies aligned with business needs, through collaborative work with sales and marketing teams, addressing potential opportunities to meet business targets.
6. Educate and inform key company clients, including hospital and clinic professionals and other healthcare providers. Plan and implement educational actions, including training.
7. Serve as an educator and consultant on all matters related to Peritoneal Dialysis therapy.
8. Understand client needs and develop strategies to address them.
9. Establish partnerships through the development and implementation of PD therapy referral educational programs.
10. Develop and implement educational projects to improve therapy within clinics and hospitals using the PD program.
11. Demonstrate compliance with company procedures, following established processes and values.
12. Prospect new business opportunities that are financially beneficial.
13. Accurately forecast monthly sales data.

What we look for

1. Complete Nursing degree (mandatory).
2. Post-graduate in Nephrology (desirable).
3. Minimum 3 years of nursing care experience in Nephrology.
4. Experience in Peritoneal Dialysis (a plus).
5. Good didactic and public speaking skills.
6. Languages: Spanish and English are desirable.
