YHS (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Costing professional to manage product costing, inventory costing, and cost analysis. You will handle month-end close activities, journal entries, intercompany transfer pricing, audits, and GST reconciliations, while supporting forecast and budget processes.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain accurate product costing records and perform cost analysis.
• Prepare month-end closing activities related to costing and inventory.
• Prepare in inventory costing, stock reconciliation, and cost allocation.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations related to costing, inventory adjustments, stock write-offs, and cost impact.
• To maintain the intercompany transfer pricing.
• Support monthly/Year-end inventory reconciliation and cycle count and stock count.
• Maintain new material master records upon requests from the MDM team.
• Prepare the internal and external audits by providing relevant financial information (purchase inventory roll forward reconciliation schedules)
• Prepare the forecast, Budget calculating product cost.
• Ensure accurate GST treatment of transactions and prepare GST reconciliations.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by the Finance manager.
