We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Creative Strategy Manager and our team. This role involves more than administrative tasks; you'll be the operational backbone, ensuring smooth project flow, accurate data, and technical support for creative initiatives.

Your responsibilities include managing workflows, reporting on KPIs, reviewing creative work for brand consistency, and supporting operational excellence. If you thrive in helping creative teams work efficiently, this role is ideal for you.

How you will achieve success:

• Maintain and optimize project trackers and workflows (e.g., Process Street)
• Support submission and tracking of internal ticket requests
• Aggregate and report on KPIs for brands and internal performance
• Conduct quality checks for deliverables to ensure brand compliance
• Manage team calendars and department updates
• Assist in catalog and creative content audits across platforms
• Create and refine data spreadsheets and dashboards
• Provide technical and organizational support for creative initiatives

What experiences will help you in this role:
