Now Hiring: Full-Time Bilingual Executive Assistant (Mexico-Based Candidates Preferred) to Support a Fast-Growing Startup

We’re seeking two highly skilled, detail-oriented Executive Assistants to join a fast-growing U.S.-based startup in the home cleaning services industry. This is a unique opportunity to work with an innovative team and play a key role in streamlining operations and supporting growth.

We’re looking for bilingual professionals fluent in Spanish (preferably Mexican dialect) and English, with C2-level proficiency and a neutral accent. The ideal candidates will bring solid project management experience, strong negotiation skills, and a background in business development. Availability to work with partial overlap in the Arizona (MST) timezone is required.

The roles require someone with excellent organization skills, and the ability to manage systems, tasks, and people without constant supervision. If you’re proactive, structured, and ready to support founders in growth mode — we want you on our team.

This role is perfect for you if:

  • You’re bilingual (Spanish-English) and can navigate both languages with confidence.
  • You’re confident managing communication across platforms (Slack, Facebook, email).
  • You can independently manage schedules, tasks, and team communications.

Administrative Operations & Tracking:

  • Manage digital records, track task progress, and update CRMs.
  • Support onboarding workflows (contractors or partners).
  • Monitor inboxes, update internal trackers, and maintain SOP documentation.
  • Schedule interviews, send reminders, and follow up on missing info.
  • Join and engage in targeted Facebook groups (local or niche-based).
  • Post content, track engagement, and log results daily.
  • Respond to leads, coordinate next steps, and hand off to the right team member.
  • Build and maintain lists of outreach efforts, referral partners, or applicants.
  • Attend weekly team syncs via Slack or Zoom.
  • Coordinate with Ops Manager and Social Media VA as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding support staff, contractors, or clients.
  • Help enforce task deadlines and track milestones.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (C1 level or better in both).
  • Experience with inbox/calendar management and project workflows.
  • Excellent with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Calendly, and project management tools (Notion, Asana, GoHighLevel, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive sense of ownership.
  • Available 5 days a week with at least 3–4 hours overlap with Arizona (MST) timezone.
  • High integrity — you'll be handling sensitive client and financial data.
  • Paid directly by the client (no markups or middlemen).
