Responsibilities:

• Assist the customer support team by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues efficiently and courteously.
• Support project managers in organizing activities and schedules, monitoring task execution, and ensuring alignment with established deadlines.
• Support solutions managers in preparing proposals that align with customer needs by conducting research and analysis.
• Assist the pricing manager in collecting and analyzing data to support the development of pricing strategies.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas and insights to improve processes and services.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Engineering, Communication, or related fields (5th semester or later).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Interest in learning about the telecommunications industry and its dynamics.
