China Mobile International Brazil is seeking a Project Manager to join our fast-growing ICT team, ensuring successful delivery of projects, on-site technical support, and issue resolution. The Field Engineer will collaborate with customers and project managers to meet timelines, budgets, and specifications.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of 5G, IP transmission networks, and enterprise private networks, with fluency in English and Portuguese. Travel to project locations is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years' relevant experience in the network maintenance area of service provider.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of Datacom & Optical equipment; MPLS/OTN backbone insight.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; willingness to travel and work on-site.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate internal and external resources to support 5G operation-related service systems.
• Organize system construction, system acceptance, optimization/expansion, and operation monitoring.
• Research key technologies, design solutions and protocols for 5G integration.
• Plan, construct and maintain 5G enterprise private networks.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure project timelines.
• Provide technical guidance to customers on installations, upgrades and maintenance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues using customer input.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and team members on product use and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, performing technical support, and troubleshooting issues on-site. The Field Engineer will work closely with customers and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating internal and external resources of the company to carry out the construction and operation and maintenance of 5G operation-related service support systems.
• Responsible for organizing the system construction, system acceptance, optimization and expansion, operation monitoring and operation guarantee of relevant physical equipment and logical network elements of the 5G IP Transmission network (IPRAN、Router、Switch、Firewall).
• Responsible for the research of key technologies, solution design and protocol formulation for 5G integration. Participate in the research of cutting-edge technologies of 5G IP Transmission network and undertake technical planning, construction, operation and maintenance work in related fields.
• Responsible for the solution research, planning and design, system construction, operation monitoring and technical guarantee of 5G enterprise private networks.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure project timelines.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on product installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues using customer input.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and team members on product use and maintenance.
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electric Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years' relevant experience in the network maintenance area of service provider.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant equipment and tools.
• Sufficient knowledge of Datacom & Optical related technology and products for MPLS and OTN backbone network;
• Deep understanding of Datacenter IT infrastructure solution, such as x86/ARM/MIPS based series servers,hypervisor, FC and Distributed-based Storage System, Hyper-Convergence Infra,VxLAN, MSP,Network Security,Multi-Site High Availability,Disaster Recovery,DCI and so on;
• Familiar with the network security system and product solutions, national security regulations and related common standards for network security.
• Familiar with 5G basic knowledgements, such as RAN，MEC/UPF, lightweight 5GC, 5G front/mid/back-haul technologies.Have experience in the construction and operation and maintenance of basic telecommunications enterprise core networks, telecommunications clouds, 5GC/EPC/IMS, etc.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at project locations.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
