Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support our Existing Seller Management (ESM) teams at Amazon BR. This role involves data analysis, insights development, and process optimization to enhance the success of our existing sellers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and SQL. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining KPI dashboards, conducting analyses to identify trends and opportunities, and providing insights to the account management team. Collaboration with Account Managers, tech teams, and leadership is essential to improve operational efficiency and strategic initiatives, impacting Amazon's seller ecosystem significantly.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, monitor KPIs, generate insights, and prepare reports for leadership.
  2. Business Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements, standardize practices, and collaborate with tech teams to enhance tools and systems.
  3. Strategic Support & Analysis: Work with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with Account Management to understand needs and support new initiatives.
  5. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze seller performance metrics to identify trends affecting success.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree
