We are looking for a talented Program Manager for Amazon Marketplace to support improvement of Seller Incentives in both México and Brazil. Amazon strives to be Earth's most customer-centric company, where people can find and discover virtually anything they want to buy online. Over 2 million Sellers in 10 countries list their products for sale on the Amazon Marketplace. Sellers are a critical part of Amazon’s ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the Earth’s largest selection and lowest prices.

The Program Manager will be the key link between the central team and LatAm business teams. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving process improvements by building collaborative relationships with various business and program teams. The Program Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to drive strategic and operational initiatives that will have a positive impact on our Sellers. You will review key performance metrics, facilitate programmatic input, and ensure accountability for strategic and tactical initiatives.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  1. Identify gaps and pain points in the existing processes and drive improvements with local and global teams.
  2. Identify and analyze data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to isolate issues, test solutions, and prioritize competing program opportunities.
  3. Set up performance mechanisms and track performance.
  4. Conceptualize and drive program changes.
  5. Drive adoption of internal mechanisms and seller-facing tools that provide long-term benefits.
  6. Dive deep on issues and come up with solutions.
  7. Address barriers through problem-solving and coordination with stakeholders.
  8. Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership.
  9. Create goals and related metrics, track progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.
  10. Communicate performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas.
  11. Incorporate benchmarks from local competitors as well as best practices from other geographies to define best-in-class customer experience.
  12. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of time zones and languages

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with a global footprint
