O processo seletivo envolve cadastro via Gupy, análise de CV, demonstração de aula, treinamento online, imersão presencial e entrevista nas unidades. Requisitos: diploma, proficiência C2, experiência e Edtech.

Qualificações

• Diploma em qualquer área, preferencialmente em línguas ou pedagogia (nível final aceito).
• Proficiência C2 (C1 é considerável; ECPE ou C2 desejável).
• No mínimo 1 ano de experiência em sala de aula.
• Familiaridade básica com ferramentas Edtech.
• Boas habilidades interpessoais.

Responsabilidades

• Planejar atividades centradas no aluno a serem implementadas em sala.
• Realizar as atividades propostas com os alunos.
• Gerenciar o ambiente de aprendizagem.
• Monitorar estudantes e garantir engajamento e aprendizado.
• Gerenciar o Google Classroom.
• Gerenciar e relatar tarefas e avaliações.
• Participar de iniciativas acadêmicas e operacionais nas unidades.

5. Face-to-face Immersion Training + Lesson Demonstration
6. Branch-based Interview (Google Meet / In-person)
7. Offer (Online)

Responsabilidades e atribuições

What is expected on a daily basis:

• Plan student-centered activities to be implemented in the classroom;
• Carry out the proposed activities with the students;
• Manage the learning environment;
• Monitor students and ensure that everyone is engaged and learning;
• Manage Google Classroom;
• Manage and report on assignments and assessment;
• Participate in academic and operational initiatives in branches.

Requisitos e qualificações

• A degree in any area, preferably in languages or pedagogy (senior-year level acceptable);
• C2-level proficiency (C1 level considerable; ECPE or C2 Proficiency desirable); in case the approved candidate does not hold a C2-level certificate, he/she will have an year after being hired to sit it;
• Minimum one year's classroom experience;
• Basic familiarity with Edtech tools;
• Good interpersonal skills.
