Responsabilidades

Apoiar os Head Teachers em sala de aula, orientando os alunos nas atividades
Auxiliar na preparação, distribuição e coleta de materiais
Contribuir para projetos pedagógicos e iniciativas da escola
Organizar a sala com materiais solicitados
Participar na decoração de espaços de aprendizagem
Garantir inclusão de estudantes com necessidades especiais
Supervisionar e zelar pela segurança e bem‑estar das crianças
Receber e liberar alunos respeitando protocolos de segurança
Supervisionar refeições e promover hábitos saudáveis
Assumir liderança na sala quando o Head Teacher estiver ausente
Registro de momentos em sala por meio de fotos/vídeos para o Head Teacher
Participar de reuniões, conferências e treinamentos para aprimoramento profissional
Participar de eventos escolares envolvendo famílias
Conformidade com diretrizes da escola (Política de Língua, Handbook, Avaliação)

Responsabilidades e atribuições

As a Teaching Assistant at Red House, you will play a key role in supporting Head Teachers in the classroom, contributing to the students’ development and ensuring a safe, organized, and stimulating learning environment.

Main Responsibilities

Support Head Teachers during classes, guiding students through activities to enrich their learning experience.
Assist in preparing, distributing, and collecting class materials.
Help implement the school’s pedagogical projects and initiatives.
Organize the classroom in advance with materials requested by the Head Teacher.
Take part in the decoration of classrooms, bulletin boards, doors, and other learning spaces.
Adapt learning activities for students with special educational needs, ensuring inclusion.
Ensure the safety and well‑being of students at all times, supervising and guiding them during all activities.
Welcome and dismiss students, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and proper handover to guardians.
Supervise students during meals, promoting healthy eating habits and routines.
Take the lead in the classroom during the Head Teacher’s temporary absence.
Capture classroom moments through photos and videos, sharing them with the Head Teacher as scheduled, without interrupting class flow.
Participate in academic meetings, educational conferences, and training workshops to continuously enhance professional skills.
Attend school events involving families, representing the school’s values and community spirit.
Adhere to Red House’s educational guidelines, such as the Language Policy, Teachers’ Handbook, and Assessment Policy.
