Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in an engineering management, team lead, or Scrum Master role.
• Strong hands‑on software development background with the ability to engage credibly in technical discussions with engineers.
• Proven experience running Scrum: facilitating ceremonies, managing backlogs, and coaching teams on agile practices.
• Demonstrated ability to join an existing team quickly, build trust, and maintain delivery without disruption.
