Job summary

Dev.Pro, a US-based outsourced software development company, is hiring a Project Manager with strong Scrum Master experience to lead a mobile development initiative adapting a POS system for a new market. This remote-first role involves guiding a cross-functional team and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

You will facilitate Scrum events, mentor teammates, track progress with key metrics, and align work with the SOW and business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience with strong PM theory and tools.
• Strong people management and team facilitation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with metrics such as predictability, estimation, velocity, capacity, and change request volume.
• Excellent reporting skills and hands-on experience.
• Solid understanding of Scrum with experience facilitating Scrum events.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Open-minded, stakeholder-oriented, and friendly approach.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Responsibilities
